Q How to ensure the quality?
A Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment. Approved by ISO9001, CE, SGS every year.
If needed, a Third Party Inspection is acceptable.

Q How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?
A We would like to do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 piece or 1 kg is okay to start cooperation; because we have confidence to move on second order with your esteemed company.

A Yes. It can be customized as per the customers' request.

Q How long is your delivery time?
A Generally is 10-15 working days of goods in stock, or 20-30 days if goods are not in stock, it is according to the order quantity.

Q What's your payment terms?
A Our payment term: 30% T/T deposit and 70% against B/L copy or L/C at sight. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
